Grand Slam at the Diamondbacks Game!

Throughout the year, Opportunity4Kids does more than just Sponsor children to participate in extracurricular activities; sometimes we get the chance to provide a super fun afternoon for local children in the Valley. This year, again, we were invited to enjoy the fabulous amenities of the Maricopa County Stadium District Suite! We had the pleasure of including 3 Sponsored kiddos and their parents, plus a friend to attend the game with us.

Play Ball!

Smiles all around, the parents and children crowded to the front of the suite, to our private seats, to catch the best view of the game in the house! For some, this was their first baseball game ever and for others the first time in 10+ years. It was wonderful to watch the families cheering and laughing together- thoroughly enjoying America’s pastime.

A Day We Will Never Forget

To top things off, the game was on September 11th and began with a beautiful demonstration of Americana spirt- complete with color guard and bag pipe players piping the National Anthem. Moments like this truly remind us of what is important in life. We are grateful to have provided a wonderful opportunity that these families will never forget!
