GF’s Story

GF loves soccer and plays with his brother, he is 7 years old and has the biggest heart ever. GF was born with a speech delay and a few other issues that he has had to have eye surgery for and he will most likely wear glasses for the rest of his life. GF struggles with academics because of his speech; he has issues with spelling, reading, writing, and sometimes math. He is on the IEP program at school and receives services for reading, writing, and speech. GF loves soccer and his family thinks this is a great opportunity for him to let go of some fears and meet new friends. We are thrilled to announce that GF was sponsored by Opportunity4Kids and is now playing soccer with a local league.
