$5,000 For East Valley Youth

Today, Opportunity4Kids provided ICAN with a donation of $5,000. These funds will cover the costs for 10 youth at ICAN to participate in their Winter Break Program. This includes two full weeks of transportation to and from ICAN, academic support, STEAM activities, holiday activities, and of course lots of fun! Since the kiddos do not have school for two weeks ICAN will expand their hours and care for them from morning to evening. Opportunity4Kids’ donation will cover 100% of the two week Winter Break Program for 10 youth.

ICAN is a youth development organization in Chandler, Arizona with a mission to provide free, out-of-school time programming that break the cycle of poverty by creating a pathway for their youth to achieve future success. Their programs empower youth to be more productive, self-confident, and responsible members of the community!
